CCSC is a commonwealth public charter school open to all MA residents with students entering grades 6-10 (with the exception of residents of cities/towns at their charter cap) Priority is given to Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, and Revere residents, as well as to siblings of currently enrolled students.

Apply for NEXT school year (2025-2026)
Applications are also available in Arabic (التقديم), Bengali (আবেদন করুন), Cantonese (申請), Chinese-Simplified (申请), Hebrew (הגישו בקשה), and Japanese (申請).
Our first lottery for the 2025-2026 school year will be Thursday, February 27th, 2025. All application materials must be received by 11:59 PM on Wednesday, February 19th, 2025.
Families who wish to complete paper applications can do so by requesting a copy (either by emailing enrollment@ccscambridge.org or calling the school), completing it, and returning it to the school by mail or fax (617-354-3624).
Apply for THIS school year (2024-2025)
On October, November, and December, lotteries for the 2024-25 school year will be held on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month. In January 2025, there will be a lottery for the 2024-25 school year on the 3rd Thursday of the month only and in February 2025, on the 1st Thursday of the month. All application materials are due Wednesday the week before by 11:59 PM.

Applying is easy. You will enter information about you, your child, and their current school, as well as provide proof of residency dated within 60 days of your application date. Proof of residency documents include:
- A utility bill (not water or cell phone) dated within the past 60 days
- A deed, mortgage payment dated within the past 60 days, or property tax bill dated within the last year
- A current lease, Section 8 Agreement, or landlord affidavit
- A W2 form dated within the year or a payroll stub dated within the past 60 days
- A letter from an approved government agency dated within the past 60 days Department of Revenue (DOR) Department of Children and Family Services (DCF) Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) Department of Youth Services (DYS) Social Security
