Uche Amaechi - Chair
Uche is a Lecturer at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education and a Leadership and Group Work Consultant and Facilitator. For the past 17 years, he has also served as the ELT coordinator at the Fletcher Maynard Academy in Cambridge. Uche earned his Bachelor’s from Harvard University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and his Ed.D from Harvard’s Graduate School of Education.
David Boghossian - Vice Chair
David is a Managing Director at Commonwealth Impact Partners and a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of expertise in technology, strategy, and entrepreneurship. He is the founder of several successful start-ups including StoryStreet Technology and PowerSteering Software, Inc. and has served as a mentor to numerous mission-driven Harvard and MIT start-ups. He holds degrees from Harvard College, where he was a nationally ranked rower, and Harvard's Kennedy School, where he was a Littauer Fellow.
Amory Loring Logan - Treasurer
Amory is a Trustee at Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge. She previously served on the investment team at the Dartmouth College Investment Office, which invests Dartmouth’s endowment, and at Cambridge Associates, a leading investment advisor. Amory began her career in education consulting at Carney, Sandoe & Associates, where she helped place teachers in independent and charter schools across the U.S. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and her MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.
Eliza Anderson - Secretary
Over her career, Eliza has been a high school English teacher, advisor, substitute teacher, classroom aide, tutor, and board member in both public and private schools. She is also a trustee of Mount Auburn Cemetery. Eliza holds a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University.
Elizabeth has worked in the non-profit sector since graduating from college, first as a legislative aide for two congressman on Capitol Hill, and then, after graduating from Harvard’s Kennedy School, as a press secretary, communications director and media consultant. In addition to her work for the US House of Representatives, she has worked on the state level, for a national foundation, and on numerous political campaigns and non-profits. In recent years, she’s taken on a number of roles - as an independent consultant, founding member of two local non-profits, and admissions advisor for a local elementary school.
Tim is a Senior Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank’s Boston office. Prior to joining NKF, Tim spent 8 years working for Cushman & Wakefield’s downtown brokerage team where he was a member of the firm’s Emerging Leaders Advisory Group and one of its Top 100 producers globally. He also worked for Lincoln Property Company for almost a decade, where he was instrumental in underwriting several key acquisitions, including One Kendall Square. Tim earned his Bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College.
Jose is the Vice President, Public Affairs at Wave Life Sciences. He has over 20 years of communications and marketing experience in the public and private sectors, including positions at Biogen, the Massachusetts Port Authority, and as Deputy Press Secretary to former Massachusetts Governors Weld and Cellucci. Jose earned his Bachelor’s degree from Tufts University.
Cindy Albert Link
Cindy is the Senior Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Berklee College of Music. She has three decades of development and marketing experience, including as Assistant Vice President for Capital Giving at Princeton University and Associate Dean of External Relations at MIT's Sloan School of Management. Cindy earned her Bachelor's degree from Princeton University and a Master's degree in public and private management from the Yale University School of Management.
Matthew is CCSC's AP Computer Science teacher and has been in teaching for 12 years in charter schools. He runs the Robotics and E-Sports clubs and has worked with Northeastern University to create Computer Science inquiry modules for high school students. Outside of CCSC, he is a Beauty and Joy of Computing Master Teacher and has worked to develop new Computer Science teachers for the past 4 years. Matthew received his Bachelor's Degree from Ithaca College.
Lisa is the Executive Director of INDEX, a not-for-profit membership organization that provides over 100 independent schools with data, analysis, and research to support decision-making and strategic planning. Prior to her work at INDEX, Lisa spent 12 years as a consultant for Benchmark Research. She earned her Bachelor’s from Hamilton College and her MBA from the Yale University School of Management.
Vicky is the Director of College Counseling at CCSC. She is passionate about helping young people explore postsecondary options and has dedicated her career of over 28 years to this endeavor. Vicky has founded the college and career counseling programs at charter schools in California and Massachusetts, and also worked in private schools in Florida after serving on the admissions committee of her alma mater. She is a proud first generation graduate of Brown University.
Alex is the Global General Manager of CastleGate at Wayfair. Prior to joining Wayfair, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Agile Mind, an education technology company, and spent almost a decade working at Cambium Learning Group. Alex is also on the Board of Directors at 2Seeds Network, Inc. He earned his Bachelor’s from Harvard University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Jake is an Intellectual Property Litigation Partner at Holland & Knight LLP. Before entering private practice, Jake served as a Special Assistant District Attorney for the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office. Before practicing law, Jake was a web applications software developer. He earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Trinity College and a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law, where he was editor-in-chief of the Boston University Journal of Science & Technology Law.
Steve is currently the Senior Director of Technical Leadership Development at the Broad Institute. He was previously an Executive Coach and Tech Leadership Development Advisor at Google. He is the co-founder of the MassCAN coalition that aims to provide every K-12 student in Massachusetts with the opportunity to learn computer science. He is a founding board member of the Kendall Square Association and a member of the Governor's STEM Advisory Council. Steve received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and his MS and PhD in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
