We are continually inspired by our alumni and the many ways (big and small) they make a difference and create positive change in our world. We are also incredibly grateful for their ongoing collaborative engagement in our community. Whether it's meeting up with one of our Out To College Day trips when they visit campus, serving on our Board, helping plan reunions and other alumni events, cheering students on at a game or performance, coaching one of our athletic teams, or stopping by school after running into a staff member in the community, their presence, guidance, wisdom, and love make our community stronger and more complete.
Alumni Persistence Program
Through our Alumni Persistence Program, we partner with our graduates as they pursue their goals in college and career and work toward financial independence and financial security. The program is designed to provide CCSC alumni with one-on-one coaching and guidance, resources, and emergency funding to support their social, emotional, and academic transition to college and career.

CCSC Alumni Emergency Persistence Fund
The CCSC Alumni Emergency Persistence Fund provides funding to help CCSC graduates meet urgent financial needs in higher education (4-year, 2-year, vocational, or certificate programs) or to enter or re-enter higher education. Funds are typically granted for things such as: academic materials and supplies, transportation, transcript fees, tuition gaps (after exhausting other funding resources), or other emergency circumstances. Requests are reviewed by a committee, which includes current staff and CCSC alumni.
